Client Grievance Policy and Procedures 

As a client at Keystone, you have the right to file a grievance if you feel you have been treated unfairly in any way. It is the policy of Keystone to provide all clients and those seeking services an explanation of the client grievance and appeal process. You will suffer no repercussions in service delivery as a result of filing a grievance. All grievances will be addressed in a confidential manner.  A copy of the Client Grievance Policy and Procedures is posted in the main lobby of the outpatient building, the dining area in the inpatient building and is posted in the Prevention Office.
