Managing Great Results During & After Treatment
Keystone gathers data about program completion rates, patient satisfaction, alcohol and other drug (AOD) use, and other key indicators of progress.
Keystone measures results to ensure that our evidence-based treatments and therapies are achieving the results that we want and that the patient needs, so we can make adjustments as necessary.
Recently, for example, Keystone added Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) as a treatment option in order to better help patients recovering from opioid use.
How Keystone Measures Patient Results
While in one of our programs, patients are asked to complete surveys about their satisfaction with services. Keystone also has patient suggestion boxes in each building, and we always welcome input.
After completing services, with their consent, a Keystone representative may call to gather information about satisfaction and progress after discharge.
Patient Satisfaction Survey
Once a patient completes services, with their consent, a Keystone representative may call to gather information about satisfaction and progress after discharge.
The follow-up survey that Keystone uses includes questions about alcohol and other drug use, living arrangements, employment status, school enrollment and satisfaction with services. Keystone monitors important metrics through results of the anonymous surveys and interviews. Leadership reviews compiled results each quarter to find ways to make our programs better in response to patient feedback and trends.
In addition, each building has patient suggestion boxes where all input is welcomed.
