Walk-in Assessments
Serving ages 12-17, with all Keystone programs, patients start with a bio-psycho-social assessment to determine individual needs and help us place the patient in the most effective program. We offer walk-in assessments Monday – Thursday 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. and Friday from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. at our 199 S. Herlong Ave location.
Treatment Options
Keystone offers a variety of treatment options for youth and adolescents who are experiencing challenges due to substance use. These options include Traditional Outpatient treatment, Intensive Outpatient services, and in some cases, Medication Assisted Treatment. Counselors utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, Motivation Interviewing (MI), and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). Patients are referred by the school system, the Department of Juvenile Justice, family members, and therapists from the community. Services are individualized and based on the biopsychosocial assessment. Progress is monitored throughout treatment. The length of services will depend on progress made while in treatment.
