Seeking help is the bravest step you can take.
If you recognize a substance use disorder in yourself or a loved one, it’s important to remember that you are not alone! According to the 2024 United States National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), 48.4 million (16.8%) Americans aged 12 and older battled a substance use disorder in 2024.
Most people don’t self-treat diabetes, heart disease, or any other serious illness. People with these health issues require and openly seek professional, medical assistance. The same can be true for substance use disorders. There is no reason for you, or your loved one, to manage a substance use disorder without professional help. Take that first step to recovery with Keystone’s empathetic, dedicated professional staff—many who have walked the same walk and remember what it’s like to be in your shoes.
Keystone’s inpatient programs use evidence-based treatments, medications, and therapies. Inpatient medical treatment, combined with therapy, is a necessary first step for many people on their recovery journey.

Inpatient Withdrawal Management is designed for those who may face serious and even life-threatening symptoms from the withdrawal process. The medical protocols available in this program lessen the impact and discomfort of cravings and the potentially hazardous effects of withdrawal.
The inpatient Keystone staff includes a physician, a nurse practitioner, clinical staff, and a 24/7 staff of nurses and inpatient technicians who are here to assist you and to see you through the process safely so you can continue to the next steps.

About the program
Patients are supported by a Physician, a Nurse Practitioner, a 24/7 nursing staff, counselors, and peer support specialists. Keystone offers supervised treatment, rehabilitation, social support, and advocacy for our residents.
The Residential Services Program serves both men and women, housed separately, with a priority for patients who are pregnant and who have taken substances intravenously. The program blends medical and clinical treatment in a residential setting to ensure each patient is receiving the care they need to be as healthy as possible, including women and their unborn babies.
Individualized Services
Each participant undergoes a diagnostic assessment to determine the best course of treatment, and then Keystone develops a treatment plan based on the assessment results with input from the patient.
Typically, the program includes substance use counseling, individual and group therapy, life skills development, multi-family counseling, trauma recovery, and parenting skills. Staff also provide case management services to connect patients to needed resources that support sustained recovery during and following the inpatient treatment episode.
