Rock Hill Police: 2-week-old baby, 3-year-old test positive for meth

ROCK HILL, S.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) – A mother is facing charges after her newborn baby and her toddler tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the Rock Hill Police Department.
